Gantry-Type Multi-Station Grinding and Polishing Machine

This machine features CNC control and a sturdy gantry structure. The crossbeam lifting system consists of guide columns, bronze bushings, ball screws, and linear guides, ensuring efficient, high-precision, and stable grinding performance. The pneumatic lifting mechanism maintains constant grinding pressure, while the servo drive ensures precise and reliable operation of the equipment.

The multi-station design features 8 stations and 8 grinding heads, enabling the simultaneous processing of multiple stone workpieces. Each grinding head supports independent start/stop, speed adjustment, and pressure control. Program configuration is straightforward and can be adapted to different sizes, materials, and surface finishing requirements; automatic grinding head change reduces manual labor, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines simultaneously.
